Oooh Buddy! There is just something about black&white photos that make my heart skip a beat...maybe its because it lets you see the real beauty of something without all those distractions, just the way the light goes across a face or the twinkle it puts in an eye. Regardless I was more than happy to see the theme this week! Well anydoodles here is one of my favorites from this past summer at our Relay For Life! It was the "Survivors Lap" and two ladies from my hometown held hands as they crossed the finish line! This one will always have a special place in my heart just because of the atmosphere that night...Enjoy! :))

ReplyDeleteWatching a friend of mine do the survivor lap at our Relay was one of the most powerful moments I can remember. This moment SO captures how wonderful that moment is- knowing someone you love conquered cancer.
